Evidence Upload - Provincial Offences Court

If you have evidence you are wanting to submit at your trial, you must upload your electronic files at least five business days in advance of your scheduled court date.  Your files will be stored electronically by the court office and will not be distributed or shared with an opposing party or judicial officer.  It will be up to the presiding justice whether the material will be admitted as evidence at your trial.  Having the files in a PDF format is preferred.

If you are unable to provide your evidence by electronic means, your files are too large or you are needing assistance, please contact the court office well in advance of your court date by emailing POAexhibits@durham.ca or calling 905-668-3130.
