Early Resolution - Meeting with a Prosecutor

To request Option 2, Early Resolution - Meeting with a Prosecutor, please visit www.ontario.ca/ticketsandfines to submit your request(s).  Please have your offence number available which is located at the top right-hand corner of your ticket (i.e. 2860 994 25 12345678; 2860 997 25 12345678; 1234567Z). If your mailing address has changed from what is shown on your ticket, you must also submit a Change of Address Form.  If you need assistance, please contact the POA court at 905-668-3130 or (toll-free) 1-866-779-8839.

*Please note: The enforcement agency has seven (7) days to file your ticket with the court office.  If you are submitting your request online and the ticket is not yet in the system, please try again in 7 days.  For Automated Speed Enforcement tickets and Red Light tickets, please wait 7 days from the deemed service date which is located below the officer's signature on your ticket.  You may also submit your early resolution request by mail to the address indicated on the back of your ticket, or you can attend in-person at our Court Services office or use our after hours drop box which is located at 605 Rossland Road East, Whitby (lower level) - south entrance.
