Install Telecommunications or Antenna Equipment

Region of Durham sites and structures are available to both the public and private sectors for the installation of communications towers and ancillary buildings on Regional property and installation of communications antenna on Regional infrastructure, including standpipes and facilities.

Please complete this form to apply to install or revise telecommunication and/or antenna equipment on Regionally-owned property or infrastructure. 

All installations are subject to an application fee and annual licence fee. Fees and charges apply in accordance with the Region of Durham's Fees and Charges Schedule. Following receipt of this application, our Corporate Real Estate staff member will work with you directly to obtain the required documents.
