Connection Permits for Water and/or Sewer Systems

Please complete this form to apply for a connection permit to the sewer and/or water system for existing and future homes. This form is for properties requiring Regional services (i.e. water and sewer pipes) to be installed to the property line.

This is NOT an application for a water meter or opening a water billing account.

They may impose an additional transaction fee based on your transaction associated with The Regional Municipality of Durham.
