**Appeal transcripts have a 75-day turnaround time.  All other transcripts require a 30 to 45-day turnaround from the confirmation/deposit date unless arrangements have been made with the Transcript Coordinator (transcriptcoordinator@durham.ca).

Effective March 1, 2026, all transcript orders will require a deposit.

For orders in which the transcript has not previously been typed, a minimum fee of $25.20 is charged per transcript.  Fees for transcripts as set out in Ontario Regulation 145/22 under the Administration of Justice Act.

A transcript estimate will be determined once your transcript order is processed, and a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit was collected accordingly. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.  You understand that the Clerk-Monitor assigned to this transcript may contact you with an additional estimated total cost for the preparation of this transcript, and that the transcript will not be typed until the balance (estimated cost less deposit) is paid to the Regional Municipality of Durham.
