Provincial Offences Court Transcript Order Form

**Appeal transcripts have a 75-day turnaround time.  All other transcripts require a 30 to 45-day turnaround from the confirmation/deposit date unless arrangements have been made with the Transcript Coordinator (transcriptcoordinator@durham.ca).

Ordering Party Information

Beginning April 1, 2022, the following regulated transcript fees will be in effect:

A minimum fee of $25.00 is charged per transcript.  The rate for a certified transcript in electronic format only is $6.30 per page.  The rate for a certified transcript in paper format is $7.10 per page for the original copy and $0.80 per page for additional copies.  You can request an electronic copy at the same time you order a certified transcript in paper format at no charge.  If you order an electronic copy at a later date, the cost is $25.00 per transcript.  

Your order will not be confirmed until your deposit is paid.  The deposit is non-refundable and the transcript(s) will not be released until the order has been paid in full.
