Early Resolution Request - Meet with the Prosecutor

This form can only be filed for tickets issued in the Durham Region with ICON location code 2860 and cannot be used for parking tickets.

If you have already submitted a request for an early resolution, do not submit another request. Instead, please call the court office to confirm that your original request was received.

*Note: If it has been over 15 days since you received your ticket(s), please check the status of your ticket(s) at www.ontario.ca/ticketsandfines prior to submitting your request as you may have already been deemed not to dispute the charge.
