Order Seasonal Respiratory Vaccines Online

Durham Region Health Department's online seasonal respiratory vaccine order form for influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and COVID-19 vaccines is for the use of approved health care providers, long-term care and retirement homes in Durham Region administering to eligible individuals.

If you are a Durham Region health care provider that would like to express interest in storing publicly funded vaccines, please call Vaccine Storage and Handling at 905-668-4113, ext. 3063.

When placing an order for seasonal respiratory vaccines:

• Do not order more than a one-month supply of vaccines, keeping in mind the size of your fridge (multiple orders may be placed in one season).
• Orders may take 7 to 10 business days to process. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email (You will no longer receive a phone call).
• Orders may be adjusted based on Durham Region Health Department’s (DRHD) review of 2024-2025 vaccine administration rates and available supply.
• Vaccines are available for pick-up at our Whitby and Port Perry locations, Monday to Friday.

Publicly funded vaccines must be handled as per the Vaccine Storage and Handling Guidelines outlined by the Ministry of Health.
