Please complete this form if you wish to speak at a Regional Committee or Council meeting.

Deadline for Submissions:

General delegation requests must be submitted no later than noon on the Wednesday the week prior to the meeting in order to be included on the next agenda. Delegation requests for items already on an agenda may be submitted until noon of the day prior to the meeting.

Delegations Not Permitted:

Delegations with respect to labour relations, ongoing legal proceedings, insurance claims, solicitation of business, and complaints about Regional administrative practices including contract awards and billing disputes/issues will not be permitted.

Personal Information:

The Region of Durham makes a video record of Committee and Council meetings. If you make a delegation/presentation to a Committee, the Region will be recording you and will make the recording public by publishing the recording on the Region's website and through live streaming during the meeting.
