As-Built Drawing Request

The Works Department supplies businesses and residents with construction as-built drawings on municipal services owned and maintained by the Region of Durham that show the final location, type of materials and measurements of constructed municipal services including roads, sewers and watermains.

Please complete the following details to submit your request for as-built drawings. A Construction Management Services staff member will respond to you to review the requirements of your request.

There is a $14 charge per print or PDF drawing.  For drawings in a CAD format, there is a $30 charge per drawing and you will be required to sign a disclaimer form.

Payments is calculated after search is performed and charged for the actual number of drawings provided.

Personal information provided to the Regional Municipality of Durham is only used for the purposes of processing your transaction and administering your payment. The information collected is subject to and handled in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). The Regional Municipality of Durham does not collect your debit or credit card details; this information is managed by our payment processor and is subject to their own privacy policies and procedures, as well as any applicable privacy laws, independent of The Regional Municipality of Durham. They may impose an additional transaction fee based on your transaction associated with The Regional Municipality of Durham.
